COVID-19: Banks in Kandhamal to Remain Closed for a Week
Phulbani: The Kandhamal district administration today announced that all banks in the district will remain closed for a week after some employees tested positive for COVID-19. The decision was taken for proper sanitization and disinfection of office premises of the banks. The employees and officials of all the banks have been directed to remain in home quarantine for a week, said district Collector Brunda D. The bank employees have also been asked to inform the administration if they develop any flu-like symptom during the quarantine period.
