Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has asked State Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare and Cooperation Minister Ranendra Pratap Swain to Balasore to supervise the post-cyclone restoration works. The severe cyclonic storm Yaas has left behind a trail of destruction in several places in Balasore district. After the landfall process of the cyclonic storm has completed, the restoration works are going on a war-footing to restore normalcy in the affected areas. The Chief Minister has directed the Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare and Cooperation Minister to visit Balasore to monitor the restoration works.
